Das Konferenzzentrum Bibliotheca Alexandrina hat 5.000 m2 und wurde im Jahr 1991 eröffnet. 2001 wurde das Konferenzzentrum mit der Bibliothek verbunden. Der Komplex ist hauptsächlich für internationale Konferenzen ausgerichtet.
